I’m a remote strength coach and nutrition consultant with a passion for connecting to people. I believe that your health journey isn’t one that you start and end once you reach your goals, but one that serves you for the rest of your life. With this in mind I take a unique approach to helping clients not just simply change their macros or their workout plans, but their identity as it relates to fitness and nutrition.
I’ll use this site to produce more medium to long form content that explains more of my process when it comes to coaching, answers specific questions and goes deeper into who I am as a person. The content will range from food and fitness, to lifestyle change and travel. You may see some lessons I’ve learned from my dog and how learning a new language helped me better connect with my clients. If you would like to hear my perspective on something, don’t hesitate to ask a question.
My experience includes over 10 years in the fitness industry, spending most of that time working with in person clients ranging in age, gender, and goals. I mainly work with the general population and manage some clients who are artists and athletes to improve their fitness to benefit their craft, sports performance and life. My approach stems around sustainability and finding the right approach for the individual in front of me. Because of this, I am constantly consuming information to better help the population I serve.
